PainReform is a specialty pharmaceutical company that in-licenses and develops products for the treatment and management of pain. Focused on the reformulation of established pain therapeutics, PainReform applies unique technologies to enhance efficacy, reduce adverse effects and increase convenience.

Licensing early-stage products

Our strategy is to identify and license early stage products and be the driving force to uncover their true potential to the pain market. We in-licenses products that completed pre-clinical testing, and leverage the expertise and deep understanding of our team and advisors to structure creative clinical trials using the short and straightforward regulatory 505(b)(2) pathway. This enables us to rapidly advance products to clinical proof of concept, regulatory approval and commercialization.

This abbreviated development process, from proof-of-concept through Phase III studies, accelerates regulatory submission and commercialization, positioning the company to become a formidable presence in the pain medicine arena.
